The hotel is clean with super friendly staff. the location is marvelous, just a short walk to the tram stop. the rooms are comfy, clean, and airy. the food served is decent, including coffee, tea, hot waffles, biscuits. Check-in and check-out are easy. the hotel offers good internet and on-site parking.

Location close enough to the train station, city centre, shopping mall, restaurants, and the main train station. Perfectly clean and huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

The hotel looked quite old from the outside but was being renovated at the time of our stay. Our room had been renovated and we clean and comfortable.

Close to a tram station that will allow you to use public transportation system to reach anywhere fast. the staff were professional and amazingly attentive. - Had good sleep at the family king room with automatic lights bathroom

The light spacious room. Walking distance from central station and airport bus. 06.00 am breakfast makes an early start possible.

The lack of a lounge area with perhaps a few books and local pictures.

The rooms here are always nicely decorated and come with a balcony and a single bed, but the mattress top tends to slide off.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can easily reach every mainpoint like central station, Nordstan plaza, Avenny, Liseberg etc. The room was very nice and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is hygienic clean.

I liked my room, I guess the floors after the 3rd were new rooms, and the room was super, can say luxury. My other group members rooms were old style at the 3rd floor :)) I like the stuff, young and kind.
